Terms and Conditions
A $25.00 deposit is due at time of booking your event. The balance is due no later than 14 day's prior to the actual event. Celestial Doves is not responsible for your photographer should they fail to capture the release on film. Celestial Doves are not released indoors or at night. In the event of bad weather, acts of God, or should Celestial Doves need to cancel you will receive a 100% refund. In the event you the customer cancel's within 30 day's or less, Celestial Doves will retain the deposit. If bad weather moves in during your event causing Celestial Doves to cancel you will receive a 50% refund. If your event gets delayed for any reason Celestial Doves has the right to refuse the release of any doves. Our doves need ample time to make the flight home safley. We care and love our doves and keep their saftey in mind at all times. Celestial Doves will perform releases with in a 30 mile radius of our home loft in Madison Heights, Va. We can and will release from further distances. There are fees for added distance for the release. Celestial Doves want to help make your special event more memorable

There is a $50.00 charge for traveling beyond our radius up to 55 miles.
Our birds are capable of navigating home from 80-100 miles comfortably. We train our birds so they can safely navigate home from the release location. Our birds are healthy and fed a well balanced diet of vitamins and minerals
